Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YouPaD Intelligence Hub (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YouPaD Intelligence Hub. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

User Accounts

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Platform
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without explicit permission

Data and Content

The Platform provides access to various data sets, reports, and research materials. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about:

• The completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any data
• The suitability of data for any particular purpose
• The timeliness of data updates

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUPAD INTELLIGENCE HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• LOSS OF PROFITS
• LOSS OF DATA
• LOSS OF USE
• OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouPaD Intelligence Hub and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
